I wanted to share my thoughts on McDVoice, the customer feedback platform by McDonald's. I recently used it to participate in a survey after visiting a McDonald's location. The process was pretty straightforward, and I was able to share my experience directly with the company.

Has anyone else used McDVoice? What are your thoughts on their feedback mcdvoice system? It’s always interesting to see how brands use customer insights to improve.
